Parent/Teen Communication Skills: Facilitators Training Course (OCN Level 3)
This unique Training Course has been designed to equip Staff & Volunteers in NGOs with the knowledge and skills to become providers of Parent/Teen Communication Skills Education in the community with parents groups.
The Course provides a knowledge base on Parenting Skills including Listening Skills, Anger Management and Communication Skills on sexual health and mental health issues, and awareness of local support and treatment services.
The Course also provides training on how to facilitate Parent/Teen Communication Skill Education, including development of lesson plans, and evaluation methods.
This Training Course has been accredited by the Open College Network at Level 3, and comprises 4 training days plus written assignments.
All participants who successfully complete this Training Course are awarded an Open College Certificate: Parent/Teen Communication Facilitator Training
