    Programme aims to assist young people to explore issues affecting positive mental health and how to access advice and support.

    Programme promotes resilience and essential life skills and highlights the 5 Ways to Wellbeing.

    This Programme has been accredited by the Open College Network at Level 1. All participants who successfully complete this 10 hour Programme are awarded an Open College Certificate: Introduction to Mental Health
